Request Refund Approval

Propose refunding ONE settled payment (a paymentId from listPayments) and put it on the approval card of the people allowed to send it: the Space's owner and admins, or the personal shop owner.

Arguments

• amountMinorintegeroptionalPartial refund in minor units (cents), e.g. 3500 = $35.00. Omit to propose everything still refundable.

• proposerLabelstringoptionalYour own assistant name beside your user's name on the approval card: one of Ora, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini. Anything else, a person's name included, reads as Ora. The card always names your user as the one who asked. Defaults to Ora.
• reasonstringrequiredWhy the money should go back, in plain words. The approver reads it, and it is kept on the ledger line.

Returns

It checks the amount is refundable right now, records who asked and why, files a need on the owner's My Day (and Telegram when their alerts bot is connected), and returns the approval with its url.
